My client is currently for an Electrical Engineer to work as part of their well-established maintenance team, based on a large educational site. You will report into the supervisor and work alongside other electrical and fabric engineers to bring a full ppm and reactive service to all building services on the site.
Duties of the role include:
- Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance works to all buildings
- Working alongside and managing subcontractors
- Working on lifecycle and minor repair works
- Working to all policy and procedures concerning health and safety
- Electrics covered include lighting, wiring, BMS, alarms, generators, LV and HV etc

The candidate:
- The ideal candidate must have:
- Electrical qualifications - either City and Guilds or NVQ
- 17 th or 18 th edition
- 2391 testing & inspection
- Good customer service skills
- Strong fabric skills.
