Gleeds named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces

International property and construction consultancy Gleeds has announced that it has officially been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ (2025) by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.

After rigorous evaluations of hundreds of employee survey responses alongside Culture Audit™ submissions from company leaders, Gleeds has been ranked among the top 50 businesses in the ‘super large’ category on this year’s UK's Best Workplaces™ list. Data insights were used to benchmark the effectiveness of companies' employee value propositions against the culture those employees experience, with only those achieving the highest scores gaining Best Workplaces™ status.

The Top 50 firms were officially announced last week at the prestigious Best Workplaces Awards held at London’s Grosvenor House and hosted by Comedian Richard Ayoade.
