Our client is looking for a driven and experienced HR Administrator / PA based in Dunbar. This is a temp to perm role based on working Monday to Friday – 8am – 4pm – Paying £9.47 per hour.
Day to day duties will include:
Absence management
Process return to works
Arrange investigation and disciplinaries and support by taking notes
Advertise and monitor vacancies
Arrange interviews
Complete necessary paperwork for new starters
Carry out site inductions
Carry out security clearance for staff and contractors
Payroll administration – submitting timesheets
Processing holidays
Scanning, photocopy and general filing duties
