Mobile Asset Surveyor (NEW ROLE)
£35 - 40k + Company Car
Monday - Friday ( 8 - 5)

As our biggest and longest standing client expands even further, they have now opened up two brand new positions for Mobile Asset Surveyors, our client are service providers for the biggest government contracts in the UK and are the largest FM company in Europe, they can offer competitive packages, upskilling, job security, longevity, progression and further academic qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- To safely carry out asset condition surveys across the contracts estate
- To carry out physical asset tagging of MEP assets
- To use the supplied software to accurately record asset details and defects
- To ensure that the assets have a CIBSE guide M condition rating that reflects the assets age, condition and operational condition through engagement with the Maintaining supplier.
- Confidently identify missing assets omitted from existing asset registers, through site audits
- To have a clear understanding of asset whole lifecycle, and contribute to the contract FMR
- To demonstrate an understanding of asset compliance requirements.
- To review site paperwork and provide PPM Expiry Pack dates to the Asset Management team, for all MEP assets surveyed e.g. LOLER
- To liaise with the Asset Management team on the outcome of a successful surveys through the change control process
- To manage and plan site access with client and contract support
- To complete their duties in line with the H&S a work act 1974 and comply with all relevant codes of practice.
- To have an understanding and awareness of SFG20, technical and legislative requirements and standards in relation to the role.
Experience/Skills:
Essential
- To have knowledge of MEP asset condition and verification surveys.
- Be time served in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline
- Have full knowledge of MEP asset associations.
- Be familiar with CIBSE Guide M
Desirable
- Knowledge of building fabric
- Knowledge PPM generation and efficiencies
- Knowledge of BREEAM
