QHSE Manager, Mobile Role

£65,000 (10% bonus & 5k car allowance)

Our client is looking for a QHSE Manager to provide general support within various accounts and to ensure the continued process of improvement and support in the standards of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment. Monitoring and reviewing the QHSE performance throughout the company.
Working across various accounts which include international search engine contracts, office spaces, labs and banking environment.

Key Responsibilities for a QHSE Manager:
- Responsible for implementing the companies QHSE strategy in accordance with ethical guidelines and corporate policies of both CBRE and the client
- Liaise with respective Account Management and Operational leads to ensure expectations are understood and delivered as far as is reasonable to maintain satisfactory management of potential risk exposures.
- Support the identification and management of QHSE risk across the UK Business, through the establishment of risk profiles and a risk register.
- Ensure appropriate day-to-day support and guidance to the team, supply partners and the client on the provision of guidance and practical expertise on QHSE topics
- Maintain and regularly review all related documentation in line with legal requirements. Provide updates and ensure documentation is easily available to all personnel, as well as provide training as and when required.
- Enable compliance with all business-wide policy and strategy through management system audits
- Ensure up to date schedule for necessary and appropriate audits is maintained.
- Accountable for co-ordinating / reviewing activities across UK to achieve full compliance including where necessary to conduct, review and provide guidance on risk assessments, method statements and standard operating procedures
- Promote the continued development of a strong embedded QHSE culture and high levels of employee awareness within the EA UK business. Lead by example and promote best practice at all times with regards to safety at work in all areas.
Qualifications / Experience for a Business Unit & Sales Coordinator:
- NEBOSH Diploma
- Knowledge and experience of implementing QHSE Management in a facilities management and/or construction/projects environment.
- Knowledge of hard services engineering and soft services.
- Development of policy and process.
- Providing education and advice to assist operational teams.
- Excellent motivational and influencing skills
