Build Recruitment are working with an NHS Trust in the East Midlands to source an interim Senior Facilities Manager on a 3 - 6 month contract. £32 - £35 per hour PAYE Umbrella
Reporting to the Director of Estates and Facilities Management, the Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for the Soft Facilities Management Function across a multi-site NHS property portfolio.
The Senior Facilities Manager will have responsibility for ensuring that the range of Hotel Services/Facilities functions including, but not limited to, Catering, Domestic Services, Portering, Linen Services, Internal Transport, Premises and Switchboard/Reception, is provided efficiently and cost effectively, at the agreed quality and according to customer requirements.
Responsible for a dispersed team as well as service providers, the Senior Facilities Manager will demonstrate clear leadership, ensuring staff receive required training and comply with hygiene and safety legislation to protect themselves, colleagues, patients, staff and visitors.
Due to the dispersed nature of the property portfolio, my client is looking for a well organised and thorough Senior Facilities Manager who possesses excellent communication skills, reporting and demonstrates a collaborative style of working.
This is an essential car user position and will be subject to an enhanced DBS.
