HR Manager

Up to £45,000 plus benefits
Hexagon Group are excited to be partnering with Anabas to help them find a HR Manager to join their growing HR and L&D Function.
As a business dedicated to developing their teams, they would love a HR Manager who has experience in all areas of HR such as:
- Working with key stakeholders to attract, retain and develop colleagues to help Anabas achieve their strategic objectives and provide a warm, inclusive, and inviting culture.
- Manage the day to day HR function and ensure the operation is running smoothly, supporting their internal colleagues to deliver for external customers.
- Manage TUPE Process and ensure that all employees get a good experience during a sensitive time in their career and support the management teams to ensure smooth transition.
- Manage the recruitment process, assisting key stakeholders find professional and managerial talent to join the team, working with them to understand the core competencies and skills required.
- Support and develop the wider HR Team with their own development, whilst their assist the wider business.
- Analyse trends in compensation and benefits, researches and proposes a competitive base and incentive pay programs to attract and retain talent in a competitive marketplace.
- Oversee and support the team in disciplinaries and grievances, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintain the employee handbook, processes and procedures, ensuring all meet legal compliance and best practice.
- HR Reporting, providing the business with key information in relation to headcount, absence and staff turnover.
- Working as an enabler to the business to help deliver a great service to clients and internal customers.
- Ensure that the HR Service works in line with various legislation and best practice such as health and safety, equality and diversity and helps maintain and inclusive environment and culture.
Your personality, skills, and values
- You'll be a people person who loves to do the right thing to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- A business enabler. You won't look for problems, you will look for solutions within legislation and will guide these behaviours in others.
- You'll have thorough knowledge of HR Law and best practice and will empower your team to work collaboratively with the wider business.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced business with lots of different cultures and celebrate this.
- Have great communication skills, both verbally and written, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Awesome problem-solving skills and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Willing to travel UK wide as needed
- Fellow or Member CIPD Qualified.
