Project Manager

We an exciting opportunity working for a leading Facilities Management Organisation, for a Project Manager in Wakefield West Yorkshire.

Duties of the Role


  • Managing multiple small works projects at any one time
  • Reviewing cost estimations and putting together pricing packages
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, to scope and within budget
  • Liaise with contractors and stakeholders at all levels
  • Completion of scheduled work
  • Ensuring projects are adhering to strict health & safety regulations

Requirements/Qualifications


  • Candidates must have previous experience managing projects on a facilities management contract
  • Good knowledge of the build environment
  • Exceptional organisational and methodical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior stakeholders
