Applications are invited for the above permanent full-time post working in Estates Management.
Duties will include co-ordinating, planning and managing building maintenance works across the university estate, including relevant Halls of Residences as well as the management, control and co-ordination of consultants and contractors working on projects.
This will include planning, prioritisation, co-ordination, supervision and control of tasks associated with preventive, planned and reactive maintenance through the utilisation of a contractor/consultant framework and in-house team.
Candidates should be educated to degree/Level 6 NVQ in a relevant subject area or possess equivalent professional experience in a similar role.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post.
This role will primarily be located on campus at Bangor. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
