Site Facilities Coordinator/Front of House Customer Services
Gloucester
£22,000 - £23,000 p/a plus 30 days holiday with bank holidays rising to 32 with service
Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a customer focused role within a service delivery team. The role is a Front of House/Cleaning Hybrid role otherwise know as floor captain / FM coordinator.
Purpose of the role:
To provide a "5* Customer Service Experience" to users of the floor plate and meeting rooms, being the first point of contact for our customers, staff and visitors. The role is client facing and the tasks can vary to include AV Support, Meeting room checks and cleans, kitchenette checks and cleaning, vending machine and stocking, basic cleaning, mail service, and concierge services.
Responsibilities:
- To own and take responsibility for an allocated floor area and ensure that a 5* Customer Service is experienced by all
- To be the first point of contact for building occupants on the allocated floor
- To be visible to all users and build relationships with all level of user.
- Meeting Room upkeep, set-ups, support and regular checks including any AV support required and removal of Hospitality
- To ensure the floor area is compliant to Health & Safety and Environmental procedures
- Ensure the general office and meeting rooms environments are clean and, tidy and presentable at all times and free from excess/surplus furniture
- Refresh and re-set meeting rooms during the course of the day to ensure highest comfort standards are maintained
- Plan and set up meeting rooms for upcoming events, as per organizer requests.
- Monitor and review the multi-functional Devices around the floor
- Monitor and Service the Vend Hubs, Kitchenette's, Breakout areas and Stationary Hubs
- Support and cover of the post room including all mail and courier requirements
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous Experience within a similar role or within Facilities Maintenance
- Customer Centric
- Flexible with work tasks
- Computer literate / IT Skills
- Cleaning experience
- IOSH (Not Essential)
- BICS (Not Essential)
- Administration experience
