Salary between £24,000 - £28,000
Introduction:
Due to recent company growth, we are looking for an Accounts Assistant to work alongside our Accounts Manager and the rest of the team. This FM Company are a fast growing and innovative Facilities Management provider, delivering a full spectrum of Hard FM Services including Planned and Reactive Gas, HVAC, Electrical and Building Fabric Maintenance Services.
We are looking for someone to help organise the accounts of the day to day running of our business to support our directors in managing finance, office, processes, and systems as well as general administration duties.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Xero for our company accounts - inputting purchase and sales invoices
- Managing expenses for the business
- Managing stationery, office equipment and maintenance orders
- Invoicing weekly works
- Internal communications - reminders etc
Desired Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of Xero for accounts
- Excellent understanding of Excel, Word & Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Good manner with clients and suppliers
- Ability to use initiative
- Organised and diligent
