The Role: Business Sales Lead
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 pa + bonus + company equity

About the role:
We are looking for someone that thrives in a sales environment with 3-5 years’ experience and has worked in the co-working industry. The ideal candidate will be an motivated and emerging sales professional but also someone with passion who believes in our clients mission. You will be the front of the business creating new relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and managing leads end to end, maximising tours booked as they key metric.
- Your primary focus will be sourcing and closing small teams for our clients’ offices and open plan areas, including managing pricing and renewals.
- Measuring, maximising and reporting on conversation throughout the funnel.
- Experimenting with new and creative ideas to increase leads.
- Building relationships with brokers at a national level and the client’s local sites.
- Finally, being the voice of the market and customer leads internally!
