Job Title: Trainee Sales Administrator
Location: Ruthin - LL15
Hourly Rate: £10.42 p/hr
Hours: Mon - Thurs - 8am-5pm / Fri - 8am-3pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join my clients Sales team. They are a fourth generation family business with everything manufactured on their site in Wales.
As an FSC® certified company they pride themselves in creating timbers which exceed their customers' expectations for innovation, performance and quality.
Their products range from machine rounds and peeled for fencing, to landscape grade for creating that perfect retaining wall. They also supply laminate for playgrounds.
You will join the established Sales Team, where you will provide administration support to the wider Sales Team. Ideally, the role will be filled on a full time basis, however part time will be considered for the right applicant. Full training on all types of timber products sold by the company will be given.
The role:
- Provide admin support to the sales team
- Dealing with customer queries via email, telephone and occasional customer visits
- Process orders and act as the link between Sales and Production
- Be the first point of contact for customers and provide excellent customer service
- Updating SAGE.
The ideal applicant will:
- Be confident in dealing with customers
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be computer literate in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Full training will be provided for SAGE software.
- Have a willingness to learn
- Be forward thinking and willing to progress your career
- Able to speak Welsh would be an advantage but is not essential
The offer:
- £10.42 p.hr
- 20 + Bank Holidays
- Mon-Thurs - 8am-5pm / Fri 8am-3pm
