Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (DAYS ONLY)
Build Recruitment are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer for a permanent position joining a maintenance team based in West London W6.
The Mechanical Engineer role is a static position within a large property, working on a day shift basis.
Hours: 07:00AM - 19:00PM , Four-on Four-off (DAYS ONLY)
You, as the Mechanical Engineer, will provide technical expertise and support to the client, and FM team including Supervisors, Managers and Directors.
The Mechanical Engineer will also provide technical information to specialist contractors as well as providing specialist advice to non-specialist site staff.
Responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
Devising, preparing, and delivering training for main boiler house, issuing of certificates of competency.
Maintenance of air conditioning systems through outside contract and in-house PPM system#
About you as the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
HNC/HND/NVQ3 (or relevant experience) in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (Mechanical bias).
Detailed Knowledge of Statutory and Mandatory compliance standards
Working knowledge of maintenance support systems e.g., CAFM, BMS
My client is looking for a well organised and thorough Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Operative or Plumber who possesses excellent communication skills, high level stakeholder management experience and who demonstrates a collaborative style of working.
