We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to work on the mobilisation of 3 new PFI schools. The role is a permanent, full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, hybrid between home and the sites which are in north and south Wales.
The role is to manage the mobilisation and hard service FM on 3 brand new sites. The role will involve working closely with the schools and developing a strong relationship. As this is the first time FM has been outsourced, you will need to provide guidance and set expectations with the customer around PFI model operation and delivery and so experience in this field is a must.
It’s likely to be intensive with site visits 3 days a week and home based for 2 days for the first 2-3 months of the role during the signing off period but expected to be predominantly home based after that. Travel to the sites is expensed and you can stay over in a hotel should you prefer.
The contract base is expected to grow significantly in the next few years across Wales, taking on more PFI schools and as such this would suit someone who is interested in developing the role into a Regional Account Management role.

- Contributory pension - 4% personal and 6% business
- Other benefits in keeping with a national FM provider

- Managing the KPI’s and workflow of the PFI contract
- Building and developing strong relationships with the schools and SPV
- Helping the customer to understand the contractual obligations of PFI and how the performance deductions function as well as navigating them though their new state-of-the-art buildings and how they operate.
- Produce Monthly and Annual Performance Reports
