Joining us as a Workspace Shift Technician, you'll play an integral role in our mission, delivering top-notch technical support daily. Your focus will be to uphold SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs while collaborating closely with our workspace team to ensure consistent and resilient engineering services. - Maintain strict adherence to client contract requirements, striving always to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Execute both reactive and planned maintenance tasks to impeccable standards.
- Follow established and emergency protocols.
- Champion the account's Risk & Safety practices to safeguard against service disruptions.
- Collaborate with the broader team to pinpoint avenues for refining technical service delivery.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to service enhancement, driven by a commitment to continual improvement.
- HV/LV Authorized Person (AP15) – Refresher courses available.
- Updated IEE: Wiring and Installation Regulations or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
- HNC & HND in Engineering.
- Confined Authorized Person – Refresher courses available.
- Mechanical Pressure Authorized Person – Refresher courses available.
- IOSH certification.
- City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in electrical/mechanical discipline.
- Previous experience in a Critical Engineering Facility.
- Strong PC literacy, adeptness with systems like BMS, and other digital control/monitoring platforms.
- This role operates on a rotational shift pattern (12 hours), encompassing both day and night shifts.
- Flexibility to support the team outside of designated shifts is essential.
- The position is based at our client's premises.
