Foot Mobile Engineer - Central London and West End
Position Overview:
Seeking a Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer, proficient in electrical work with a comprehensive grasp of HVAC systems. This role involves executing both planned maintenance tasks and reacting promptly to service needs within designated areas.
Location:
Central London and the West End.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, totaling 42.5 hours per week. Overtime compensation applies after exceeding 47.5 hours.

Seeking a Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer, proficient in electrical work with a comprehensive grasp of HVAC systems. This role involves executing both planned maintenance tasks and reacting promptly to service needs within designated areas.
Location:
Central London and the West End.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, totaling 42.5 hours per week. Overtime compensation applies after exceeding 47.5 hours.
Primary Duties:
- Execute both planned and reactive maintenance tasks primarily in commercial offices, with occasional duties in high-end residential areas (exclusive to landlord supplies).
- Provide cover for static sites during colleague absences due to holidays or illnesses.
- Swiftly respond to emergency call-outs and reactive tasks while ensuring adherence to all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Essential:
- Vast experience in the General Building Services sector, complemented by relevant qualifications.
- Either an NVQ Diploma in Installing and Maintaining Refrigeration Systems (Level 2) or NVQ Diploma in Installing, Testing, and Maintaining Air-Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems (Level 2).
- A recognized qualification in a Maintenance/Engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in installing plant, fixtures, and fittings.
- Ability to conduct servicing and repairs of on-site plant and equipment.
- Organizational skills for managing housekeeping tasks and coordination.
- Training in Legionella Awareness & Emergency Lighting Regulations.
- Certifications in City & Guilds, Plumbing, Electrical, or Gas.
- Familiarity with the 18th Edition.
- 2391 test and inspection certification.
- A standard 6-month probationary period will be observed.
- Company-provided mobile phone, tablet, and uniform.
