Procurement Coordinator
Monday – Friday
London, Liverpool Street
Our client are now looking for Procurement Coordinator to join a team based at their commercial office in Liverpool Street. Here you will have the opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing M&E Specialists in the UK. Our client over various commercial clients from investment firms to construction companies. Here you will be employed on a full time permanent basis with a salary ranging from £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience.
This will be office-based working in the office 5 days a week in Liverpool Street with hybrid / flexible working being offered after the 6 month probation.
Duties:
- Generate purchase orders with suppliers to meet demand.
- Develop good relationships with suppliers over the phone and via email.
- Review purchase orders against shipping documents for accuracy of details and closure of purchase orders.
- Updates purchase orders and reports for weekly meetings.
- Maintaining records of supplier contracts and pricing updates.
- Ad Hoc Duties
