As the Contract Supervisor, you will lead a team of Technicians, ensuring superior service quality, robust adherence to health and safety standards, and unwavering client satisfaction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Direct Technicians in executing planned preventative maintenance within stipulated timelines and service agreements.
- Monitor and validate the quality and documentation of completed tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Guide Technicians in intricate fault diagnosis and resolution.
- Estimate costs for reactive tasks and oversee their timely completion.
- Occasionally assist with PPM tasks during emergencies or to meet service demands.
- Uphold high standards of building services in commercial settings, emphasizing stellar customer service and team mentorship.
- Ensure uninterrupted service coverage, manage team leaves, and uphold contract stipulations and safety protocols.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a Lead Engineer/Supervisor capacity, with extensive expertise in industrial, commercial, and domestic systems, and adeptness in executing PPMs aligned with SFG20 or similar benchmarks.
- Proficiency in overseeing reactive repairs and minor projects.
- Demonstrated capability in managing compliance records and necessary certifications.
- City and Guilds Qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical or similar disciplines; other pertinent qualifications will be duly considered.
- Acquaintance with safe operational procedures, including PTW, RAMS, and risk assessments.
