Working for one of the UK and Europe's leading Facilities Management / Building Maintenance Companies. As a company they specialize in maintaining large prestigious buildings. They trade throughout the UK and Europe and turnover excess of £3 Billion annually in the UK alone. Our client is looking for a driven, well presented and forward-thinking Sales Executive to become part of the Business Development team.
You will need to be creative with the ability to think outside the box, proactive in pursuing new opportunities and strategic in your thinking and approach. As a Sales Executive you'll frequently liaise with Business Development Manager, so commercial awareness and good business sense are essential. Some of the main responsibilities will be to:
The Role
- Negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within the target markets agreed.
- Develop and build long-term professional customer relationships with existing, new and potential clients.
- Maintain excellent relationships and after sales support to build mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy.
- Identify and build a long term active pipeline, exploring both existing markets and targeting new market opportunities
- Use innovative means to develop new sources of profitable business.
- Take complete ownership of, develop and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations, in line with Company standards.
- Raise the company and business profile by representing CTS Services at industry events, high level networking and promoting an image of professionalism at all times.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.

- FM sales background (potentially beneficial)
- Drive and confidence
- Commercial awareness
- Presentation skills and Experience of successfully delivering high level presentations
- Initiative and a proactive attitude to driving new business
- Strong negotiation skills
- The ability to speak publicly and interact with a diverse range of individuals and clients, at all levels of business
