The Role: Fire & Security Engineer
Salary: Up to £37,000 pa + call out available
Location: Bedford
Sector: Facilities Management
About the role:
An exciting new opportunity has landed for a Fire & Security Engineer working with a well-known facilities management company working on a government site and they are looking to grow their team.
The ideal candidate will be a fire & security enthusiastic and willing to learn – You will carry out maintenance works working with different security systems. An important part of this role involves working with CCTV systems, fire alarm systems and electronic locks. This is a Monday to Friday role with the weekends all to yourself!
The suitable candidate:
- A hardworking individual who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
- Network/IP based product experience is beneficial.
- Must have IPAF licences knowledge.
What is required from you?
- A full enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
- Electrical / Electronic ONC or equivalent is preferred.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
