Lifecycle Manager
We are recruiting for a Lifecycle Manager in London to coordinate and manage the Lifecycle management services, focusing on project coordination, administration, financial support, and communication.

- London
- Salary – up to £50,000
- Hybrid flexible working
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support budget management, update forecasts, produce financial reports, manage sub-contractors, and develop lifecycle plans.
- Administrative tasks such as ensuring subcontractor compliance, maintain records, produce reports, and update lifecycle programs.
- Scope projects, manage risks, and liaise with contractors, support the project manager and asset management team
- Office Administration, Manage records, organize meetings, and maintain documentation
Qualifications/ requirements
- Operational management, problem-solving, self-starter.
- Administration, spreadsheet and excel proficient
- Facilities Management, service delivery, compliance, contract management desirable
- PFI environment experience is an advantage but not essential
- Managing service providers, knowledge of industry standards. (desirable)
- Interpersonal skills, problem-solving, management guidance, excellent written and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional, team-oriented, effective communicator, deadline-driven, confident.
- Eligible for DV STRAP Clearance, adhere to the Official Secrets Act. ESSENTIAL
- Promote and practice effective collaboration, conflict resolution, and communication
