Job Title: Facility Assistant
Pay: £12.74
Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00
Job Type- Temp until 31st July
This role is for an administration officer who will work with and across all aspects of
the Facilities Management service provision. The role will sit within a Team that
delivers specific outcomes for customers and stakeholders and will also have specific
responsibility for delivery of services and projects.
The quality of services delivered to customers will be a key deliverable for the
Facilities Management Teams and made transparent to our Customers and
Stakeholders.
You will form a key part of delivering a great service to our customer on a day to day
basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Front of house such as welcoming visitors & supporting them appropriately
• Ensuring security procedures are followed
• Delivery of support services such as porterage, meeting room management,managing the FM mailbox
• Inductions for new starters, including H&S and environmental inductions
• Logging, facilitating and overseeing reactive and PPM visits
• Ensuring compliance for environmental & HSEQ standards
• Completing and assisting with audits including security
• Supporting the delivery of low to medium risk projects
• General admin support for the team
• This list is not exhaustive and will include any other duties as requested by your line manager
• Ensure full compliance to company HSEQ policies and procedures
• Display excellent customer service interactions and service standards
• Delivery of a seamless workplace experience
• Successful facilitation and completion of PPM/reactive works
• Successful completion of audits and service data returns
