Role Overview:
As a pivotal figure in our Facilities Management operations, you will play a critical role in maintaining optimal functionality across various electrical systems. As an Electrical Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), managing FCUs and AHUs, conducting Emergency Light Testing, addressing Reactive Maintenance needs, overseeing HVAC equipment, and diligently performing Fire Alarm Testing. Additionally, your role will extend to general building maintenance activities, all while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure peak performance of electrical systems.
Manage FCUs, AHUs, and conduct comprehensive Emergency Light Testing.
Promptly address technical issues through effective response to Reactive Maintenance demands.
Supervise and oversee HVAC equipment, diligently conducting Fire Alarm Testing.
Contribute to general building maintenance, cultivating a safe and efficient environment.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications: Fully qualified Electrician with C&G or NVQ Level 2/3 certification.
Certification: Hold the 18th Edition certification.
Experience: Bring a wealth of experience in electrical engineering within the facilities maintenance sector.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Client-Centric: Strong client-facing abilities, adept at direct interactions or communication with clients.
Technical Acumen: Solid background in building services and a strong technical understanding.
Reliability: Known for reliability and commitment to positive contributions to the team and company.
