We are seeking a Culinary Director to oversee and elevate the culinary operations across its multiple venues. The role involves leading menu development, ensuring the highest standards of quality, and fostering innovation while managing kitchen teams and controlling costs.

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in high-end or Michelin-star restaurant groups
- Expertise in leading and managing culinary systems and processes
- Strong ability to control costs and manage budgets effectively
- Experience with Asian cuisine is a plus
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
