My client is a growing FM sector specialist delivering Mechanical, Engineering, Plumbing and Project services to an exceptional client list. Due to their growth, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Contracts Manager to join their team in London
The Contract Manager role needs an organised and diligent individual who is happy in a client facing roles and has experience across 3 main areas – Costing / Estimating / Drafting Contract. Ideally the candidate will come from a similar Facilities Management business but candidates with significant experience as a Contracts Manager in other construction fields will also be considered.
What is essential is an eye for detail and experience of tender submissions. Project Management experience would be a real bonus too as the successful delivery of projects will also be within your remit.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customers
- Capable of working across tender packs and pricing document to ensure accuracy
- Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained
- Meet with customers to discuss both legal and business matters
- Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Create, prepare, review and edit all contracts
- Provide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes
