Facilities Manager

You'll be an experienced Facilities Manager, managing a team of two, who is relentless in making sure that our corporate properties are maintained to be safe, compliant and serving our building users in the best way, along with generating a return. It’s a varied role, from strategic planning to being hands-on.
You’ll have a relentless customer service focus, to ensure we’re meeting our legal requirements. You’ll be the first point of contact for dealing with and resolving all building services and other facilities management issues, along with other duties such as utility supplies and CCTV across our property portfolio.
You’ll need:
- Extensive experience managing and maximising assets in commercial buildings
- Experience of managing people and contracts to deliver great services
- Confident decision making skills
- BIFM level 4 qualification (Ideally)
