I am working with a growing client within a Real Estate Sector, and we are looking for a seriously driven Sales Director to join the team. We need a hunter who has excellent leadership qualities and is comfortable taking accountability for top-line growth and improving results on a monthly basis.
This role demands total dedication and an ownership mind-set and comes with the potential for incredible progression, both personally and financially. For the right person, the medium-long term incentive plan offers real skin in the game.
The Sales Director role comes in two parts. Primarily, you will be tasked with making a significant personal contribution to the sales pipeline and securing deals and secondly you will be a visible and proactive leader who can motivate and develop a team to be their best.
You will be at home in an environment that is fast-paced, short-cycle sales and know how to drive KPIs.
Key to success in the role is experience in B2B Sales, understanding the customers needs and therefore providing the right solution for them. It would be an advantage if you have exposure to real estate sales / leasing, or RICS guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Part of the leadership team, driving sales performance for this dynamic and fast growth company.
- Maximize revenues by increasing conversion of sales leads and drive sales growth.
- Oversee the development and execution of the strategic sales plan.
- Grow and develop a high performing team.
- Understand customer needs so you can advise which solutions and products are appropriate.
- Spend time with existing customers to improve customer satisfaction and look for opportunities to sell additional products and services.
Skills and Experience
- Senior B2B solution/service sales and business development background.
- Tangible track record of driving the top line sales growth, improving results month by month.
- Pro-active approach to networking within business communities to generate new leads.
- Proven ability to develop, manage, track, and close sales and pipeline opportunities.
- Flexible and broadminded with a “can-do” attitude, possessing a disciplined approach to business development.
- Motivated, self- reliant, ambitious, and looking to join a team with significant growth aspirations.
- Ability to motivate and drive sales teams, whilst ensuring they have the right resources, and are trained properly.
- Monitor and measure performance through accurate and timely reports.
