PFI Asset Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a PFI Asset Manager in the South West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the efficient management and operation of critical assets, ensuring compliance, and contributing to value generation for investors.
- Asset Manager
- Location: South West Region
- Salary: £76,500 + Car allowance: £7,350 + up to 30% Bonus
- On-site 3 days per week.
- Office-based role with remote/home-based 2 days per week

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing financial and operational policies for asset management.
- Support health and safety compliance across facilities management contract sites.
- Statutory reports and compliance documentation.
- Monitor third-party service providers such as Facilities Management companies for contract compliance.
- Complex contract negotiation
- Budget preparation and financial oversight.
- Lifecycle planning, cost analysis, and procurement.
- Manage relationships with clients, investors, and lenders.
- Mitigate risks related to asset performance and compliance.
- Financials
Requirements
- PFI experience is essential.
- SPV management experience required.
- Healthcare experience is desired but transferable sector experience will also be considered.
- Technical expertise is desired but not essential
- Candidates with significant senior Facilities Management experience at senior level in healthcare PFI contracts at a commercial level will also be considered.
- Enhanced DBS clearance is required.
