Your Responsibilities:

π½οΈ Oversee food preparation, ensuring high-quality meals
π¦ Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
π§Ό Ensure strict food hygiene and safety compliance
π₯ Train and develop kitchen staff
What Weβre Looking For:
βοΈ Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)
βοΈ Experience managing a busy kitchen, ideally in a high-volume setting
βοΈ Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
βοΈ Ability to work on a shift basis (5 days in 7, between 7 AM β 5 PM)
βοΈ A commitment to delivering quality service
βοΈ Due to the location, access to your own transport is essential
