⏰ Shift Basis: 5 days out of 7 | Between 7 AM – 5 PM**

Your Responsibilities:
👨🍳 Lead and manage a busy kitchen team
🍽️ Oversee food preparation, ensuring high-quality meals
📦 Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
🧼 Ensure strict food hygiene and safety compliance
👥 Train and develop kitchen staff
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)
✔️ Experience managing a busy kitchen, ideally in a high-volume setting
✔️ Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
✔️ Ability to work on a shift basis (5 days in 7, between 7 AM – 5 PM)
✔️ A commitment to delivering quality service
✔️ Due to the location, access to your own transport is essential
