  • Oversee daily data centre operations, ensuring optimal capacity, uptime, and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled operations team.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Manage project delivery, resource planning, and client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for power, space, and network management.
  • Collaborate with customers and vendors to ensure world-class service.
What  Can You Bring ?
  • Security Clearance (SC) eligibility (5+ years of continuous UK residency required).
  • 5+ years of data centre operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure, IT networking, and cabling.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Ability to implement process improvements and optimize operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • GCSE level passes in Mathematics and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified project management training (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
  • Experience with StruxureWare DCE/DCO, TrackIT, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and process optimization.
  • Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
