- Oversee daily data centre operations, ensuring optimal capacity, uptime, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled operations team.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Manage project delivery, resource planning, and client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation for power, space, and network management.
- Collaborate with customers and vendors to ensure world-class service.
- Security Clearance (SC) eligibility (5+ years of continuous UK residency required).
- 5+ years of data centre operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure, IT networking, and cabling.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Ability to implement process improvements and optimize operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- GCSE level passes in Mathematics and English.
- Certified project management training (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
- Experience with StruxureWare DCE/DCO, TrackIT, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and process optimization.
- Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
