Role - BMS Engineer
Location - Remote with occasional travel to London & Europe
Salary - £45,000 - £52,000
Hours - Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00 (flexible hours)
I am looking for X5 BMS / Service Application Engineers to join and create a fresh and dynamic team for a high-end client of mine.
This will be a remote position (option to work on-site in London whenever you want) with occasional travel around Europe, focusing on improving BMS and optimising HVAC systems across European sites to improve energy efficiency.

Experience Needed:
- BMS and HVAC optimisation on Niagara N4, with emphasis on the most energy-intensive equipment - AHUs, RTUs, VRFs, Chillers, etc. Required experience in control logic design and controller configuration.
- Strong fault-finding, documentation, and autonomous work skills are essential, especially on site.
Responsibilities:
- Required to perform job-site system checkout, commissioning and testing of control applications, to verify proper operation according to project specifications, sales proposal and design documentation. Up to 50% travel (25% travel expected)
- Programs control applications using various software using various software tools to support operator workstations, DDC field panels and third-party integration devices connected through multiple communications protocols
