Fabric Engineer - Up to £39,000 - Heathrow
Location: Heathrow
Salary: Up to £39,000 + Plenty of Overtime
Hours – Monday to Friday Days 8AM – 5PM or 07:00 - 16:00
An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in London has arisen. My client are currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to be based in a site located near Heathrow.

Duties:
- Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
- Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
- Will be required to carry duties on toilets, drainage, tiling and sinks.
- HVAC plant
- VAV - VRV
- Water treatment
- Trade trained with ideally 3 years' experience in the building services
- Has the will and desire to succeed and learn
- Good building services knowledge
