Inventory Operative – OX11 💰 £15.38 per hour | Ongoing Basis
🕗 Full-time | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you experienced in inventory management and looking for a stable, full-time role? We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Operative to join our team in OX11.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Stock Management: Maintain accurate records, conduct stock checks, and ensure stock rotation and expiry management.
✅ Ordering & Distribution: Order, track, and distribute lab stock, consumables, and maintenance parts.
✅ Compliance & Returns: Handle quarantined goods, process returns, and maintain compliance records.
✅ Parts & Equipment Coordination: Reorder serviceable items, manage refurbishments, and ensure availability of spare parts for maintenance.
Requirements:
✔️ Must have a basic DBS check
✔️ Full clean driver’s licence
✔️ Previous experience in a similar role with stock management/inventory skills
✔️ Computer literate with good communication skills
✔️ Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
✔️ Flexible, adaptable, and maintains a professional appearance
✔️ Fluent in English (written & oral)
✔️ A recognised industry qualification is desirable but not essential
🔹 PPE must be worn, and mandatory training completed.
