Administrator - 3 month FTC
The Role: Administrator
Sector: Property / Construction
Location: Midlands – Coventry
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE – Pro rata
3 month FTC
My client has a large estate across Student Accommodation, and we are looking for a switched-on Administrator to help them collate and transfer information and documents to a centralised database.
This is a 3 month contract and the ideal candidate will be available to start ASAP.
The role would suit someone who has previously worked with construction documentation and recognises technical drawing, MEP schematics, Risk Assessments etc.
The role will be based in Coventry but there will be a brief period which will require the incoming candidate to spend time in a London office.
What we are looking for:
• Highly organised individual who can manage their own time effectively
• Very IT savvy – comfortable navigating different operating systems
• Experience in managing constructions documents
• Excellent Excel skills
• Trustworthy and autonomous
