The Role: FM Contract Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000pa
I am working with a landmark London Estate to find them an FM Contract Manager. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join them and support the Head of Facilities across a large and varied estate.
The FM Contracts Manager role is a key appointment as it will manage critical supplier relationships, primarily across M&E and Repairs and Maintenance. A hard services bias would be a huge advantage and proven experience in managing contract performance is a must.
The ideal candidate
Professional, diligent and organised, your attitude to ensuring great service is delivered and building strong supplier relationships will support the team’s aim to form true partnerships. You will need to be comfortable holding people to account and take an analytical approach to monitoring KPIs and SLAs. This is a multi-site role with over 400 properties to care for across Retail, Commercial and Residential, so exposure to large portfolios would be great.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Head of FM in developing and delivering the FM strategy for all properties.
• Forge partnership relationships with key suppliers
• Be comfortable in a client / customer / occupier facing role
• Be a subject matter expert for FM, providing technical advice and guidance to senior stakeholders within the organisation.
• Collaborate with your colleagues across the businesses to align priorities and deliver excellent service and FM support.
• Introduce insightful supplier performance reporting for the FM team
• Take a firm stance on difficult conversation, should they occur, ensuring the outcome is best for the business.
