- Extensive experience of working within the field of Estates Services at a Senior Management level.
- Successful track record of working in a senior Estates maintenance role within an environment of comparable scale and complexity.
- Experience or working with specifications and contract documentation where applicable, or substantial experience of managing a large and complex multi-disciplinary in-house team.
- Experience of financial, budgetary and negotiating and managing large contracts.
- Project Management, review complex technical specifications and drawings.
Job Details;
- You will be paid £50ph ph on a 37.5 hour week.
- the role is 6-12 months temp to perm
- You can can be paid Umbrella or PAYE
