Role Overview:
I am delighted to be working with the flexible office provider who create spaces where businesses thrive! We are seeking a dynamic Location Sales and Operations Manager to lead the team at their Bremen building. In this role, you will create a welcoming space for businesses to connect, thrive, and grow. You will oversee operations, drive sales, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to support the success of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
• Lead and support your assistant manager and community team to achieve quarterly and annual performance targets (EBITDA, NPS, health & safety metrics).
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by equipping the team with tools and resources for success.
• Maintain brand standards across all processes and member interactions.
Sales Leadership
• Proactively drive business development through networking, relationship building, and direct outreach to potential members.
• Collaborate with brokers and agents to generate leads for private office sales, memberships, and meeting room bookings.
• Convert leads into long-term members while achieving sales targets.
Community Building
• Foster a collaborative environment for members by organizing events and creating opportunities for connection.
• Act as the face of the Bremen location, ensuring consistent communication with members.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in operations management and sales. This role would suit a candidate coming from a target driven hospitality business (coworking experience is a plus).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Passion for fostering a collaborative business community.
