The Role: Broker – Pubs and Restaurants
Sector: Property Licensed Premises
Location: Scotland
Salary: £35,000 to £55,000 - DOE
Our client is a very well established and highly regarded property consultancy who specialise is the sale of Pubs, Bars and Restaurants. To support their growth, we are searching for an amazing Broker / Senior Broker to join the busy and successful team covering Scotland.
With offices in both Glasgow and Edinburgh location is very flexible and it offers hybrid working too.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You will love pubs! A deep understanding of pub and restaurants is needed
- You will like people! You’ll work with a great team and you will partner with clients
- You will know P&L navigation. Understanding revenue streams, income and value
- You’ll know a thing or two about property. A handle on leasehold / freehold / negotiations
- You know how to manage sales. Don’t be shy, be hungry for success
What you’ll do:
You will join the team who manage the sale / purchase transactions. You will partner with business owners and the in-house valuations team to establish the value of their business and take it to market on your client’s behalf. You will be organised and manage the transaction through great communication with all parties from start to finish.
