Job Title: Joiner
Location:

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + overtime

The role:
The Joiner will be joining a part of a larger team of multi skilled engineers working on commercial contract carrying out planned and reactive maintenance. You will also be helping the larger team with general building maintenance.
What you'll need:
- Served a recognised trade training scheme to NVQ level 3 minimum or equivalent.
- Experience in a maintenance environment, in commercial setting would be an advantage.
- Experience of working on Fire Doors (not essential)
- Highly motivated and driven by social responsibility to achieve the highest levels of delivery in a commercial environment.
- Confident, with the ability to work under pressure in a calm and positive way.
- Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to express your thoughts clearly, whether written or spoken
- A dedicated team player with an enthusiastic personality
- Evidence of experiences that provides the competencies however gained.
