The Role: Procurement Project Change Manager
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000

We are working with a truly unique client. They are a registered charity who provide London with amazing spaces, events and cultural connections on all levels. To support their continued evolution, we are leading the search for an exceptional individual to join the commercial team as a Procurement Project Change Manager.
About the role.
The Commercial Team supports the delivery of corporate objectives by growing commercial income generating activity, delivering improved value for money from contracts, developing wider commercial partnerships, developing business opportunities, and engaging with businesses, cultural institutions and the London visitor economy.
This post will sit within the Commercial Projects Team and will provide the necessary insight, innovation and development to realise the charity’s aspirations on income generation with the opportunity to Project Manage delivery through to operational handover.
The Commercial Projects Team is focused on three things:
- Initiating and leading or supporting commercial development projects, and providing commercial advice to existing or new projects and programmes; and
- Providing Commercial contract management advice and support to high value contracts
- Project managing commercial tenders and insourcing opportunities.
This person will be primarily responsible for overseeing conceptualisation and the planning stages of hospitality change projects, leading them with industry knowledge, from scoping to tendering in line with public procurement regulations.
What you need in your locker:
- Sound knowledge of Public Procurement Regulations – Governance and Frameworks
- Excellent Project Management skills – Ideally a Project management qualification
- Exceptional Financial and Commercial acumen – Make and present business cases clearly
- Phenomenal Communication skills – Stakeholder Management, true team player
- Brilliant market research skills – Best Practice, cost V benefits
- Proven ability to manage the Tender process from feasibility to operational delivery
- Superb Organisational skills – Documentation, timelines, milestones, criteria development
- Contract negotiation skills – Know your way around contracts, able to ensure value
- A collaborative approach – Impact the team positively
