Payroll Manager - Restaurant Industry

My client, who is a leading high end restaurant concept that is opening amazing locations across the US, they are now looking for a Payroll Manager to join the team. The company is continuously expanding so this is an excellent time to join this forward thinking company!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner
- Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions
- Review and adjust time sheets, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
- Manage compliance with statutory reporting and Tax filing requirements
- Support all internal and external audits related to payroll
- Be aware, and implement new legislation impacting payroll
Key Requirements:
- Experience within restaurants is essential
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Harri preferred
- Solid experience looking after payroll for a large company with over 100 employees
- Relevant qualifications
- Experience within hospitality, service or manufacturing
- Extensive knowledge of US labor laws
- Outstanding communication and strong interpersonal skills
