Business Development Manager – Waste/Recycling Management – Romford, Essex
- Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum DOE
- 4 days in office / 1-day WFH – more flexible working from home once passed probation!
- All travel to be expensed!
About the company:
Our client is a new online startup company and are passionate about the waste management and recycling industry. Their mission is to connect businesses and streamline the trade of waste materials globally.
About the role:
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies in your assigned territory to achieve the companies’ objectives and revenue targets.
All about YOU:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in trading, sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the waste management or recycling industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
