Role - BMS Engineer
Salary - £45,000 - £52,000
Location - Remote working with occasional travel around Europe


We’re currently looking to hire 5 Service Application Engineers for a major programme focused on improving BMS and optimising HVAC systems across European sites to improve energy efficiency. Here’s an outline of the role:
  • BMS and HVAC optimisation on Niagara N4, with emphasis on the most energy-intensive equipment - AHUs, RTUs, VRFs, Chillers, etc. Required experience in control logic design and controller configuration.
  • Remote-based, with around 25% travel for 1-3 day site visits (expenses covered). Our Southwark Street office is also available if candidates prefer to work in the office instead of at home.
  • Strong fault-finding, documentation, and autonomous work skills are essential, especially on site.
  • Regular engagement with Amazon engineers, professionalism and clear communication required.
  • Standard hours of 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday, but flexible within a 40-hour work week as long as meetings are managed.
Key Tasks:
  • Niagara point integration
  • HVAC assessments
  • Control logic adjustments,
  • Fault resolution, and reporting.
