Job Title: Sales Manager – Facilities Management (Facilities Management Sector)







Location: North London (Flexible Working)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Benefits Package, Dependent on Experience

Are you an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the Facilities Management industry? We are recruiting a dynamic Sales Professional for an established security company based in North London (Angel). The business turns over £10-15 million annually and has built a reputation for offering a personable and tailored service to its clients, which include managing agents and building owners.

The role involves a key focus on lead generation, pipelining, and relationship building. You will be expected to foster relationships with new and existing clients, generate new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts effectively to win and retain clients. With a strategic, consultative approach, you'll be able to carve out market share from larger FM companies due to the company’s personal touch and flexible approach.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead generation and development of a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client relationship management to secure new business and ensure client retention.
  • In-depth negotiation with managing agents, building owners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Presenting solutions to clients with an emphasis on tailored, high-quality security services.
  • Networking to build long-lasting relationships and expand the client base.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to create new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Problem-solving to address client issues and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ensure targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.

Key Skills & Experience:


  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the Facilities Management industry.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A track record of securing new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Ability to network effectively and build strong client relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Comfortable in a role that involves regular in-person negotiations and meetings.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
