Facilities Asset Manager
We have a new opportunity for a Facilities Asset Manager to join a leading Asset Management organisation on a PFI contract in London.
The successful candidate will report to the general manager and be responsible for the Asset Management services to a Healthcare PFI contract.

Duties include:
- Supporting the General Manager on the Facilities contract for overall performance and contract compliance
- Responsible for the Management of life-cycle and variations.
- Asset management of building services
- H&S and quality inspections
- Asset reporting function, renewal, and enhanced maintenance strategies
- Ensure all activities are delivered within agreed budgets.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience managing hard services on ab FM contract
- Mechanical/Electrical knowledge/experience
- Good knowledge of operational and management of a PFI facilities management contract
- Experience of working on a healthcare contract
- Knowledge of HTM's
- Experienced with Asset Management
- Health and Safety Regulations knowledge and understanding
- Excellent client relationship experience
- Compliance experience
