The Role
Our client is seeking a Systems Administrator to oversee IT operations, manage Microsoft 365 services, and ensure cybersecurity across corporate and facility environments. This role includes maintaining network infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software, managing IT assets, and training end-users on security best practices.
What they are looking for:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in systems administration or technical support.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 and networking environments.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, including developing and managing security programs.
- Skilled in helpdesk management and technical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of IT asset management and system security best practices.
