An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in South East London has arisen! My client are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Greenwich. If you're an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements:
- City & Guilds qualified Electrical level 3 or equivalent
- Strong building services knowledge
- 5+ years industry experience
What you’ll do:
- Perform the repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems and associated plant equipment, ensuring they meet safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and related building services, such as HVAC, fire alarm systems, and lifts, to ensure optimal operation.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime, ensuring timely repairs and maintaining service continuity.
- Ensure all maintenance work adheres to relevant health and safety regulations, including Sodexo's procedures and the latest legislation, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance, providing clear documentation for management and clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and contractors to deliver high-quality service and ensure effective communication of engineering and building issues impacting service delivery

Starting salary: £43,818 per annum. Potential salary progression to £49,838 per annum.
